This excellent site can be used by clicking on the "play windows media" button and has tests about each clip. There are about 35 in the 'easy' catergory that you can listen to first, prep for vocab/slang, do the listening & test, then have a discussion.

This attractive site has over 1000 natural English 2-person interviews (with pix of each & the country flag where they are from). There is a transcript (that can be hidden or shown) for each dialog and a test as well. There is also a "Listening game" section with monologues & tests.

This brilliant site has US, IK, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, Aussie, Canadian, India & South African recordings of all the phonemes in English. Just hold your mouse over the word and it says it.

Listen to hundreds of people from dozens of different country read the same short speech, which begins "Please call Stella…" Try the speech itself, and get your students to try. Anyone can make submissions. Each person's speech is completely encoded in the International Phonetic Alphabet.
